As a custodian of personal information FirstPoint Background Screening recognizes its obligation to securely destroy personal information. In compliance with Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act's Disposal Rule, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and other various governmental regulations, FirstPoint Background Screening applies consistent disposal destruction practices. Materials are shredded beyond practicable reconstruction by contracted professional shredding companies.
